At Vera’s Undies, we take great pride in the quality and comfort of our leakproof underwear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are only valid within 1 hour of placing your order.
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or washed items.
Process:
To start a return, please email us at support@verasundies.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
💡 Please note: We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and returns should be sent directly to our fulfillment center.
Refunds
Inspection & Approval:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—some processing times vary.

Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, email us at support@verasundies.com , and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
